The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh was the first university in the country to team up with Fishing Has No Boundaries® Inc. Professor Dr. Robert Weber teaches his student team of volunteers from start of planning to the actual day of the angling event. The students in Dr. Weber's credited course work towards earning a Physical Education degree with a minor in Adapted Physical Education. The yearly event is held at Menominee Park on Lake Winnebago. Participants, volunteers, water craft, and sponsors are always needed.
