Chapter Event Date:
May 17 & 18, 2019
Lake Chippewa Campground
This is the “Granddaddy” of all the FHNB events. Hayward, WI is the home of the very first Fishing Has No Boundaries event, which was held in 1988 on the Chippewa Flowage. Thirty years later, the Hayward Chapter continues to hold their event at the Lake Chippewa Campground on the Chippewa Flowage.
This two day event hosts anywhere from 120-140 participants plus volunteers for the unique fishing experience that once was only a dream to some. All participants will receive a unique fishing experience on a boat or pontoon. Awards and prizes are given throughout the weekend.
Interested in becoming a volunteer? Volunteer duties consist of guiding, cooking, assisting participants on/off watercraft, fish cleaning and much more. If you would like details regarding volunteering – or becoming a sponsor – please contact the Hayward office or one of its officers.
